Ashlee Jones is a principal of House of Innovations. House of Innovations is a Florida based national retail real estate consulting and brokerage firm that is now expanding through the Caribbean with a base in the U.S. territory of Puerto Rico.

Ms. Jones has over ten years experience in the real estate and retail industries specializing in store openings, expansions, lease negotiations, relocations and closures.

Her expertise in marketing and strategic expansions for national brands through outlet stores and aggregate resale concepts have proven to work well in good and bad times.

She is spearheading a new concept in retail and opening outlet stores to work with many brands that are closing and/or winding down. The new concept focuses on taking the excess inventory and reselling it wholesale and retail in select locations in the Unites States including the cruise ports of Puerto Rico, St. Thomas and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Current national brands Ms. Jones is dealing with are: Jil Sander, Kenneth Cole, The Body Shop and the various sub-brands of Liz Claiborne, such as Juicy Couture, Kate Spade, Jack Spade and Lucky Brand Jeans.
